Very nice service and the people at the reception and restaurant are very helpful. Especially one person named Claudia is the most helpful person one can come across. We got connected rooms and all the luggage was transported to the room by her. Decent breakfast to start the day and lots of options when it comes to cuisines just 100 meters around the hotel. Close to the town center and the bus stop. 5 min walk to Interlaken West station.

The room was full of light with a balcony and flowers which made us really enjoy it. Besides, the staff was really helpful and welcoming. She showed her great attitude toward us and made us feel like staying at home.

Stay in this hotel 5 nights, the staff very friendly and helping for my trip. The owner treat customers as families, the restaurant is a great Mexican food. The price of the hotel is very valuable at Interlaken, close to the city center and the train station.
